How to install :
Step 1 . Of course you need to download the skin you want. (You Need WinRAR to extract the skins)
Step 2 . After you Downloaded your skin Extract the File in your DreamerRO Skin Folder (*:\DreamerRO\skin)
Note: if the Skin folder doesn't exist create a new one
How to use the Skin:
Log-in Your Account and press ESC/ Your Option Tab
Click on Settings then choose your installed skin
